The guys at USA Automotive have done everything from routine oil changes to replacing transmissions (even electrical problems) for us. As you can appreciate, coming from Fuquay, we pass several other service facilities to get to you, and it was as expected - great service work, a very friendly team of people, including you, and a nice place to wait. She was impressed.

As you well know, I’ve been a VERY satisfied customer of yours since 1994. I can’t remember the exact month when I had the great good luck to discover USA Automotive, but ever since then, any time I’ve needed some work done on my car, I’ve never hesitated to pick up the phone and call you guys. (I’ve got your number memorized.) I thought that now might be a good time to let you know that I am so glad that this place exists. It’s always a little scary, as a woman with very little knowledge of cars, to know where to go to get car service (& not get taken for a ride). But since the day I first walked in here, I have felt that this is an auto shop that I can TRUST – to do the work I need, RIGHT, at a reasonable price, & in a timely fashion. You have proven this to me TIME & TIME AGAIN. I know that when you check out my car, you will tell me exactly what needs to be done, what can wait, and whether it makes more sense to go with used part (to save money) or new. You also let me know in advance exactly how much each item will cost, installed – there are no “surprises” when it comes time to pay. I know that you will take the time to explain exactly how things work, so I will understand WHY a certain part needs to be changed, what will happen if it doesn’t get changed, how soon it needs to be done, and then you let me make the call. Your treatment of me as a customer can be summed up in a word - RESPECT. In fact, since I’ve been coming here, I’ve learned quite a bit, so I no longer feel totally clueless about cars.
In the past, as you are aware, I’ve only had two cars, which you’ve helped me keep in great condition. Thanks for the years of Superior service. I hope to be coming here for another decade.

Hello gentlemen.
This letter is addressed to Aaron but it’s meant for all of my USA Automotive guys. I just want to say thank you for all the work you have done on my car to keep it running in mint condition. I have a “98” Plymouth Breeze that means more to me than anything. We met about a year and a half ago and you guys don’t know this, but your company was the first ever I have not felt the need to supervise the work on my car, before it was a must as I had had more bad results that good. Now I trust the whole staff there with my car and am recommending you to everyone I know. It’s kind of funny how it has become a regular phrase of mine “nobody works on my car but USA Automotive”. The prices are great, my appointments have been started and finished on time and that’s a plus with me. The best thing about USA Automotive is that I have never felt like I was ripped off or over charged unlike some others I have done business with in the past. I just want to say thank you.
